📢 [24-06-2022] In-person registration now SOLD OUT
In-person registration is now SOLD OUT, as we have reached the cap on space. Online registration is still available, and will close at 23:59 BST (UTC+1) tonight, 24th June.
📢 [24-06-2022] In-person registration cap reached for Tuesday 12th July
We have now also reached the in-person registration cap for Tuesday 12th July. We are now no long accepting any further full week registrations, or day registrations for Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday.
📢 [23-06-2022] In-person registration cap reached for Monday 11th July & registration costs capped
We have now also reached the in-person registration cap for Monday 11th July. We are now no long accepting any further full week registrations, or day registrations for Monday or Thursday.
However, we acknowledge that attendees may still wish to attend in-person for the remaining days, and that this will cost more in individual day registrations than the original full week prices. We do not want anyone to pay more than the original full week prices, so people registering for 3+ individual days will be refunded the difference from the full week price.
📢 [20-06-2022] In-person registration cap reached for Thursday 14th July
We have now reached the in-person registration cap for Thursday 14th July. Accordingly, we are no longer able to accept any further full-week in-person registrations, or any further day registrations for Thursday. In-person registration on other days is still available.
📢 [20-06-2022] Capping in-person registrations at 550 per day
We have been overwhelmed by the positive response to the conference, and currently have over 500 people attending each day in-person, as well as over 100 online-only attendees.
Unfortunately, for logistical reasons we have to cap the number of in-person attendees each day at 550. Any registrations beyond this will be for online-only attendance.
Currently Monday and Thursday are the busiest days, with over 530 people attending, but the other days aren't far behind. If you plan to attend in-person, consider registering sooner rather than later to ensure that you're able to do so. We also remind everyone that registering for any number of days in person gives you access to the online platform for the whole conference.
📢 [06-06-2022] On-campus accommodation available all nights but IN SHORT SUPPLY
The unavailability of on-campus for Sunday 10th and Monday 11th July seems to have been temporary, but is an indication that on-campus rooms are in short supply. If you wish to stay on-campus, please book your rooms asap before they sell out.
A list of accommodation options near to campus is available on our Accommodation page.
