The Help Desk, Lunches and Refreshments, Exhibitor Stands and Poster Session will be held in the Mead Gallery, on the ground floor. Lunch Sessions will be held in the Studio Theatre and the Ensemble Room, both on the ground floor. Outreach and Public Engagement events will also be held in the Arts Centre, please see the Outreach page for more information on those.

The rooms being used are S0.11, S0.13, S0.17, S0.18, S0.19, S0.20 and S0.21. All of these rooms are on the ground floor and wheelchair-accessible, and they all have induction loop systems.

📍 The Bus Interchange: right next to the Arts Centre is the Bus Interchange, where you can take regular buses to all the local areas. There are also taxis present. Please see the Travel page for information about public transport to and from the campus.
📍 Grocery Store: if you need to pick up a snack or other everyday essentials, use a Post Office or a cash point, Rootes Grocery Store is your stop. If Rootes does not have what you need, there is a small retail park a short walk from campus, called Cannon Park Shopping Centre, which includes a Tesco and a Boots, amongst other stores.
📍 Food and Drink Outlets: there are a range of food and drink outlets across campus, run by either the University or the Students Union. The closest venues are Benugo Bar and Kitchen in the Arts Centre; Curiositea coffee shop, the Dirty Duck pub, and the Terrace Bar in the Students Union; Pret a Manger, Fusion Sports Bar, and the Rootes Restaurant in the Rootes Building; and the Varsity pub is a slightly longer trek on the outskirts of Central Campus.
Maps
Delegates are encouraged to utilise the Interactive Campus Map of the University to find their way around. This map allows you to find the location of buildings/rooms, plot routes between places (with a wheelchair-accessible route plotting option), and has floorplans of all the buildings which mark facilities such as bathrooms and lifts.
For convenience, an annotated map is embedded as a PDF below - it's A4 sized if you wish to print a copy!
