Art contribution

Please upload your contribution to the NAM 2022 art exhibition here. Submitted works will be displayed on our conference website here and selected contributions will be displayed at an in-person art exhibition open to the public on Wednesday 13th July 2022 at Warwick Arts Centre during our Science Festival.

If you would like to contacted about prizes and/or if your artwork is going to be displayed at our exhibition during the conference, please make sure to provide us with the email address of a responsible adult.

Privacy Notice

Any email address that you provide voluntarily will be processed for the purpose of contacting you if the submitted art contribution is going to be displayed at NAM 2022.

All data provided through this form will be kept securely by the Royal Astronomical Society (RAS), which is the Data Controller of said information, and will be retained for a period of one month following the end of the NAM 2022 conference. Data will be shared with the NAM 2022 Local Organising Committee (LOC), but will not be shared with or disclosed to any other third parties external to the RAS. Digital copies of your art submissions with no identifying information may be kept after this one month period by the University of Warwick.
